Dream Duffel Trade-In Program Terms & Conditions

Trade-In Program
Registration Window: July 21st - July 31st

Dream Duffel, LLC may accept product trade-ins for a discount on the purchase of a new Dream Duffel or Dream Duffel Carry-On (20% OFF Dream Duffel trade-ins and 15% OFF other brand trade-ins).  The new purchase must be before the end of July.  The trade-in program is only available for U.S. customers.

Customer must fill out JOTFORM to register for the trade-in program during the window of July 21st - July 31st.  Once you've submitted your form, a member of the Dream Duffel team will reach out to you with directions on how to proceed.

Qualifying Dream Duffel trade-in products include Carry-On, Small, Medium or Large Dream Duffels and certain competitive/non-DreamDuffel products. Trade-in products must not be permanently personalized.

The purchase price of the new Dream Duffel will be the current Dream Duffel, LLC shopping cart price of the product.  TRADE-IN PROGRAM DISCOUNT CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH FLASH SALES OR OTHER PROMOTIONS. 

The new Dream Duffel is shipped to the customer in a box that will accommodate the trade-in product along with a prepaid return shipping label and rebate form. Rebate form MUST be included with returning trade-in to receive refund.
The trade-in product must be received by Dream Duffel, LLC within 2 weeks of receiving your new duffel.

When returned product is received, Dream Duffel will refund the credit card utilized for the new purchase.  The amount refunded willl be 20% off the Dream Duffel price for a Dream Duffel trade-in and 15% off the Dream Duffel price for the trade-in of other qualifying products. No refund will be issued if the trade-in is not received within the 2-week period.
